Nothing could have been better.

We did not want to leave, 100% recommend. Loved the place, had a comfortable stay with Libra holidays. 3. the location was remote, marvelous near the town center. 4. It was very close to the nicer south coast to places like Plakais, and the grocery stores nearby.

I was offered a room with great views of the sun. In general the staff were affable and amicable. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the wonderful, magical Island of Crete as well as Lake Kournas. Dined at Vasilikos, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue...

Noisy Main Road

I recently stayed at Athena Hotel for two weeks and it was a beautiful resort. The location was excellent, close enough to restaurants but away from the noise. The gardens were lovely, with wonderful flowers that smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and the owner, Vasilis, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel had everything we needed, including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The atmosphere was great, with other guests being friendly and saying hello. At night, it was calm and quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. it was a perfect place to stay and I would definitely return.

The atmosphere was lovely, with friendly greetings from other guests. Nights were calm and noise-free, allowing for a great night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities had everything we needed. The perfect location allowed for a four-minute walk to the charming town, beach, shops, and various dining options. With available parking, it was convenient for car hire. Our two-week stay wasn't enough - a truly wonderful place.
